Best Western Crossroads

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the staff members at the reception were there at any hours. The beds had been cozy and the other guests ended up usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Really great hotel and great location. Surely will recommend Best Western Crossroads!

Wonderful hotel, every little thing is within walking distance. Staff members are super pleasant and handy and speak fantastic English. There are actually activities just about every evening and it´s an excellent way to meet people. Rooms and services are good and towels changed every single day. Only problem was my bed for being a little bit noisy but that’s pretty insignificant. Good quality for the price!

Fantastic location, anything is few steps. Staff are super welcoming and well prepared and speak excellent English. You will find activities every night time and it´s a good way to meet people today. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed every day. Only problem was my bed for being a little bit noisy but that’s quite minor. Good value for the price!

Assuming that you are travelling to Indianapolis you have to reserve a room here. The hotel looks like it´s renovated and the rooms are pretty clean. And the nice ambience helped us relax, it was very nice.

Stayed for 2 days with my spouse. Beds were cozy and the room was constantly pretty clean. The personnel have been very helpful and friendly and always took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are large as well as the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was fantastic. Not a very social hotel however, maybe it was like this during our stay.
